Swan Lake in downtown Yerevan was emptied of water Thursday morning ahead of the I am Against Everyone party's "water beating" action.

The party had announced Wednesday that it plans to carry out "water beating" Thursday at Swan Lake.

Although the lake was empty, the I am Against Everyone party members did carry out their action. They had poured water into a rubber boat and were "water beating" there.

In Armenian slang, "water beating" means to waste time in useless, pointless talk, and arguing.
