Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan received a team from the American AECOM engineering and consulting company, which has arrived in Armenia to launch the site survey for the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project.

The AECOM company representatives briefed the deputy premier on the main direction of the work being carried out on the feasibility study to be conducted by them and the expected results, the government of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In turn, Deputy PM Grigoryan emphasized the importance of the TRIPP initiative from the point of view of strengthening peace and stability in the region, highlighted the importance of the work being carried out, presented the possibilities of unblocking regional communications, and stressed the great potential of cargo and resource transit through the territory of Armenia.
