After the parade to be held in Yerevan's Republic Square on May 28, the military equipment will be lined up on Tigran Mets Avenue all day so that people can see and be proud of the new army. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is on vacation and heads the proportional representation list of parliamentary candidates of Armenia’s ruling Civil Contract party, on Wednesday stated this during a meeting with voters in Talin city of Aragatsotn Province, as part of their election campaign for the June 7 parliamentary elections.
Pashinyan added that today Armenia has a new quality army, with new weapons and new logic. He urged people to come to Republic Square on May 28 and see everything with their own eyes.
The leader of the ruling party said that the greatest achievement of the incumbent Armenian authorities is the establishment of peace.
He noted that the logic of the upcoming regular parliamentary elections in Armenia differs from the logic of the 2021 snap elections. "In 2021, we came and announced that there is a future. And today, we have come to say that the future has come, on which I congratulate you," Pashinyan stated, in particular.
The ruling Civil Contract party is holding its election campaign in Aragatsotn Province on Wednesday.
