We were told that in addition to creating obstacles for Armenian businessmen, for several days now there has been an obstacle for our compatriots leaving for work abroad in Russia through [the Upper] Lars [checkpoint on the border between Georgia and Russia].

Colloquially speaking, the [Armenian] migrant workers have problems heading for Russia for several days now, some were even sent back from Lars.
