Another batch of wheat has been sent to Armenia from Russia via Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani Trend news agency reported.

A batch of Russian wheat weighing 977 tons, consisting of 14 railcars, has been sent through Azerbaijan towards the border with Georgia—and then to Armenia.

According to Trend, ever since the Azerbaijani authorities lifted the ban on the transit of cargo through Azerbaijan to Armenia, more than 27,000 tons of grain, more than 4,000 tons of fertilizer, 133 tons of aluminum, and 68 tons of buckwheat have been transported from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan.
