The same forces that are actively talking about the return of Azerbaijanis to Armenia are talking about the return of Armenians to Nagorno-Karabakh, because one cannot exist without the other. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, who is on vacation and heads the ruling party’s electoral list for the parliamentary elections on June 7, stated this at a press conference Friday, in response to Armenian News-NEWS.am's question about his position on the topic of settling Armenia with Azerbaijanis.

"That is why I call these forces the ‘three-headed party of war.’ They want to create a confrontational situation. There cannot be a ‘Western Azerbaijan’ in Armenia," Pashinyan added.

According to him, this topic and the topics of the return of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, Nakhichevan, Baku, and Kirovabad—today’s Ganja—have internal connections.
