Past daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The Ministry of Justice has submitted for public discussion the draft “On approving the guidelines for the procedure for the formulation and publication of documents on the delimitation of the state border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the procedure for creating a state border delimitation map, on the procedure for the work of expert groups on delimitation during the delimitation of the state border.” (...).

The draft proposes to approve by government decision the guidelines on the procedure for the formulation and publication of documents on the delimitation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the guidelines on the procedure for the creation of a map of the delimitation of the state border, as well as the guidelines on the procedure for the work of expert groups on delimitation during the delimitation of the state border.

According to the [Armenian] ministry [of justice], the adoption of the draft will be an important step in specifying the legal basis for organizing the work of the [delimitation] commissions [of Armenia and Azerbaijan], based on which the commissions will organize their further activities.

As a result of the adoption of the guidelines, the delimitation commissions of the two countries are given the opportunity to carry out the continuation of their joint activities according to an agreed procedure and to determine the methods of implementing sectoral work in the delimitation process.

As a result of the adoption of the draft, no changes are planned in the revenues and expenditures of the [Armenian] state budget.
