Elinar Vardanyan, a member of the National Assembly's opposition "Armenia" Faction and included in the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) electoral list for the parliamentary election on June 7, has highlighted seven proposals included in the PAP program.

Vardanyan wrote as follows on Facebook: "7 proposals for Armenia that I want to highlight and attach great importance to in the PAP program.

- bring the minimum monthly pension into line with the minimum subsistence basket, making it 100,000 drams in a phased manner from 2027

- within the next two years, make the minimum wage 150,000 drams in a phased manner

- create the ‘First Workplace for Youth’ program, where the state and the private sector will cooperate to solve the employment problem of young graduates

- make all state and community-owned educational institutions (kindergartens, schools, secondary vocational institutions—colleges, higher education institutions) free of charge starting from 2028

- build comfortable and affordable dormitories for students from the provinces
