We have raised the strategic partnership with the US to a new level, renaming it a “comprehensive strategic partnership,” Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan announced this following a meeting with visiting US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Tuesday.

“Today, we were able to initial the interstate agreement on the TRIPP project with the US. Earlier, we had also signed agreements in the fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and nuclear energy, and we have just signed a new document on rare earth metals,” Mirzoyan noted.

He added that the new document opens up new opportunities in artificial intelligence and some other important domains.

The FM assured that the new document is definitely beneficial for Armenia and opens unprecedented horizons for the country.
